4. Due Diligence
Conduct checks and due diligence on the selected property, whether off-plan or ready.
5. Secure the Property
Pay the Expression of Interest (EOI), deposit, or down payment to secure your chosen property.
6. Sales Agreement & Registration
Sign a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the developer. Register the property with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) after SPA is signed, and pay the necessary DLD fees.
7. Payment Completion
Depending on the property status, complete the down payment or full payment.
8. Title Deed & Investor Visa
For ready properties, receive the title deed upon completion of payment. Apply for the investor visa after the property is registered and SPA is signed, granting residency based on property investment.
